Root + Blossom is a guided afternoon of gentle yoga, reflection, and meaningful connection. Together, we’ll create space to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and plant seeds of kindness within ourselves and our community.

What to Expect
STL Yoga Presents: Root+Blossom
Join us Sunday April 26, 2026
Root+Blossom is a heart-centered outdoor gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and grow in mindful community. This alcohol-free experience blends gentle movement, guided reflection, sound healing, and meaningful connection all set within the natural beauty of Tilles Park.
You’re welcome to come and go as needed, but we encourage arriving early to settle in, explore the vendor booths, and ease into the afternoon with intention

1:00 PM — Vendor Booths Open: Explore local wellness and artisan vendors before the gathering begins.
1:30 PM — Arrival & Check-In: Settle in, get grounded, and prepare for the afternoon together.
2:00 PM — Opening Circle with Danielle Tridenti: Welcome, intention setting, and community grounding.
2:15 PM — Root: Foundational Yoga with Jeni Bailey: Gentle, all-levels yoga focused on grounding and breath.
3:00 PM — Blossom: Flow Practice with April Elliot: Heart-centered flow to cultivate movement, openness, and growth.
3:45 PM — Sound Healing with Siri Atma Kaur: Restorative sound experience to integrate and restore.
4:00 PM — Closing Circle with Shannon Lenzen: Reflection, gratitude, and intentional closing.
5:00 PM — Vendor Booths Close: Final time to connect and explore local offerings.

Root & Blossom is open to all levels and all walks of life. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, this gathering is designed to feel approachable, supportive, and grounding.

This is an outdoor gathering at Tilles Park’s Gloria Rogers Pavilion. We recommend dressing comfortably for the weather and bringing any personal items you may need to feel at ease while practicing outside.

Danielle will open our gathering with intention setting and grounding, helping create a welcoming, connected space for the day ahead. Her approach centers on presence, mindfulness, and cultivating a sense of shared community from the very beginning.

Foundational Yoga Guide
Jeni leads our “Root” practice, a gentle, all-levels yoga session focused on grounding, stability, and reconnecting with breath and body. Her supportive teaching style makes every participant feel comfortable, capable, and at ease in their practice.

Flow Practice Guide
April guides our “Blossom” flow, an intentional and heart-centered movement experience designed to encourage openness, growth, and fluid expression through yoga. Her sequences invite participants to move with purpose and confidence.

Sound Healing Practitioner
Siri offers a restorative sound healing experience to help integrate the day’s movement and reflection. Her work creates space for deep relaxation, inner stillness, and emotional reset through the power of sound and vibration.

Closing Circle Facilitator & STL Yoga Collective Founder
Shannon will close the gathering with reflection and gratitude, helping anchor the experience and carry its intention forward. As the founder of STL Yoga Collective, she is passionate about creating alcohol-free, heart-centered community experiences rooted in kindness and connection.

Touch Therapy Dog
Benni is a certified touch therapy dog through Duo Dogs, Inc., a St. Louis nonprofit that connects people with expertly trained assistance and therapy dogs. His sweet presence brings a sense of calm, comfort, and a little extra joy — offering gentle connection, grounding energy, and plenty of tail-wagging support throughout the gathering.
