In August 2026, we welcomed our community to Camp Manitowa for the very first Nature + Nurture Retreat.Nature + Nurture was created as an invitation to step away from the noise for a weekend and return feeling more grounded, rested and connected.
We moved. We rested. We learned. We laughed. We sat around campfires. We tried new things. We made new friends.
And together, we turned one weekend of wellness into something even bigger.

Tucked away in Benton, Illinois, approximately 90 minutes from St. Louis, camp gives us the space to leave everyday life behind for a little while.
Cabins tucked into the trees. Cozy yurts. Yoga surrounded by nature. Meals around the table. Creative workshops. Campfires + s'mores. Trails to explore. Time by the water. And plenty of places to simply sit, breathe and take it all in. It's nostalgic summer camp energy—with a Nature + Nurture twist.
